OMNI FEED AND SUPPLY LLC Effective Date: March 2, 2026

These SMS/Text Messaging Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) apply to any SMS/text messages you receive from OMNI FEED AND SUPPLY LLC (doing business as Omni Feed Buildings) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive messages (e.g., during purchase, inquiry, form submission, phone call, or in-person interaction), you agree to these SMS Terms. These SMS Terms supplement our general Terms of Service (if applicable) and Privacy Policy.

Program Description and Eligibility We may send SMS/text messages for transactional purposes only, including order updates, delivery and professional installation scheduling, invoice preparation, customer support responses, warranty communications, and other messages directly related to your purchase, inquiry, or interaction with us.

    To receive these messages or participate in our text messaging program, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), a resident of the United States, and the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. You represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. We do not knowingly send messages to individuals under 18. Consent and Opt-In By providing your mobile phone number (e.g., via website forms, in-person at our Findlay or Defiance locations, phone calls, emails, or during purchase/installation/warranty processes), you expressly consent to receive these transactional SMS messages from us. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

  3. Message Frequency, Delivery, and Carrier Liability Message frequency varies based on your interactions, orders, or support needs (e.g., one-time confirmations or ongoing updates during active projects).

    We strive to deliver messages promptly, but delivery depends on factors outside our control, such as your wireless carrier, network conditions, and device settings.

    Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, interruptions, non-delivery, or errors in messages due to carrier issues, network problems, technical difficulties, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.

    Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates may be charged by your wireless carrier for messages sent to or from us, depending on your plan. Please contact your carrier for details on any applicable charges.

  4. Opt-Out and Help Instructions You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message, and we will stop sending further texts (except as required for any pending transactions or legal obligations).

  5. Data Handling and Privacy Your mobile phone number and any related SMS opt-in/consent data are collected and used only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your mobile information or text messaging originator opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
